Our metal dipping process is done in three stages.
Paint removal, rust removal, and rust inhibitor coating
This stage of the metal dipping process removes paint, dirt, oils, and most undercoatings.
We complete submerse each project in our dipping tanks.
This ensures every part of your project we be equally treated.
After the paint removal process each part is power washed and thoroughly rinsed.
This acid dipping stage also neutralizes the paint removal chemicals making it the absolute safest way to prepare your project for restoration.
The rust removal process leaves your project completely free of all rust and shinning like new metal
After rust removal we again power wash and thoroughly rinse each project
In this final stage your project is coated with an organic, water based, rust inhibitor.
The rust inhibitor prepares your restoration project for transportation and storage prior to being painted.
